How Long Is Each Video?

Back to that precious commodity – time.  How much of your valuable time will each video take?  The lengths vary, but most of them are about an hour.  The videos are broken up into multiple parts with each subsequent video providing more detail on the topic.  They are not time-consuming and can be viewed at your leisure.  It does not have to be a dreaded task.  Grab a cup of coffee, slide on your slippers, and watch a video!

How Do I Access The Videos?

It is easy to access the videos.  Simply log into your PracticeWise account, click on “My Courses” in the top banner, browse, and select the courses you need/want to take.  When selecting, be sure to select either the free edition or the Continuing Education edition, depending on which edition you want.  Place the courses in your cart and check out.  It’s that easy!  Please note that even though there is no charge for the free edition, you must complete the checkout process to activate the video on your account.    When you return to “My Courses,” you will see your chosen videos on the left.

Who Needs Continuing Education Courses?

Continuing Education courses are offered in a wide variety of fields.  Some careers require them while often individuals choose to do them voluntarily for their own benefit.  The Continuing Education course requirements for psychologists vary by state.  In Florida, psychologists are required 40 hours every 2 years.  These may all be completed through at-home online courses.  In Florida, licensed marriage and family therapists are required to complete 30 hours of Continuing Education every 2 years.  Whatever type of mental health practitioner you are, PracticeWise has Continuing Education courses that we know you will find useful and will help meet your required hours.
