MATCH-ADTC

Become proficient in the selection, organization, and delivery of common practices used in evidence-based treatments in order to improve their direct services to clients.

Training  can foster varying levels of development, including supervision, consultation, or training, depending on the role a professional is intended to serve within his or her organization.

Levels of MATCH-ADTC Training

Participants in the MATCH-ADTC Professional Development Program develop their expertise through specific combinations of materials and tools, supervision and consultation, established curricula, promotion reviews, and performance reviews. 

General Users

  • User: uses any MATCH-ADTC materials or tools.
  • Supported User: is developing competency with the MATCH-ADTC protocol by receiving supervision and consultation.

Direct Service

  • Therapist: demonstrates the core competencies necessary to deliver direct care using the MATCH-ADTC protocol.

SUPERVISORY or TRAINING Professional Roles:

Agency Supervisor:

Provides supervision and consultation to intra-agency Supported Users.

Training Professional:

Provides supervision and consultation to intra-agency Supported Users; delivers curricula and reviews to produce intra-agency Therapists; may work with a PracticeWise Training Partner to produce additional intra-agency Training Professionals.

INCLUDES:
  • 5-days MATCH Direct Services Online Workshop.
  • 18, 1 hour sessions of consultation meetings for at least 6 months following the workshop.
  • Therapist Portfolio review.
  • 30 hours of optional continuing education courses/credit.

Agency Supervisor Certification

INCLUDES:
  • 2-day MATCH Supervision and Consultation Online Workshop.
  • 12, 1 hour sessions of consultation for at least 6 months following the workshop.
  • Agency Supervisor Portfolio review.
  • 12 hours of optional continuing education courses/credit.
